In this 60 minute yoga class we will centre ourselves focussing on moving with the rhythm of our breath. We start slow and build up to a gentle flow including modified sun salutations, standing and seated combinations before finally relaxing for an extra long and luxurious guided mediation. No yoga experience or flexibility required!
Bring your mat, water and wear layers if desired.
Blocks, straps and blankets are provided.
