Born and raised in Regina, Sk, Monica began dancing at the young age of 4. Monica has been classically trained in Bharatnatyam and self taught in Bollywood and Bhangra dancing. Monica has been choreographing dance groups and teams for the past 20 years for local performances and competitions.

Pam has been a group instructor for 8 years (canfitpro certified). I am licensed to teach Zumba, POUND, Strong Nation, Soulbody Barre plus many more formats. I am all about having FUN while moving your body. I like to make my clients feel successful in all my classes by making the choreographies and movements simple. I strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can lose yourself on the dance floor or energize yourself in a fun pound class. Originally from Scotland, I moved to Canada 13 years ago. I have three children and three cats and have a love for cooking and Wine! I can't wait to share my energy and passion for FUN group classes with you!

"Hi, I'm Paola. I moved to Calgary from Mexico in 2017 and I love it here! After being a competitive dancer most of my life and taking a much needed break, I started re-connecting with dance as a way to safely express myself and encourage others to do the same. My passion lies in creating a safe space in the studio where you can feel comfortable and confident to move in a way that feels good for you, all while breaking a sweat and having so much fun. I am a certified Latina Tribe method instructor, and I love to teach some Reggaetón & fusion classes as well."

I truly believe yoga is for everyone and I love sharing accessible practices with my students for their personal journey to connecting with their bodies!

My name is maggie,
I started dancing in high school and had the opportunity to teach not only my friends but the grades below me as well. These last four years have made me fall in love with r&b hip hop dances. Which really brought me out of my shell and showed me how much I love to guide and teach people that share the same passion as me. I’m so excited to share the dance floor with everyone and have lots of fun!

Jen Abbott

Strong AF

Jen Abbott is a Fitness Coach with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry specializing in prenatal and postnatal populations. She holds a Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Calgary and is certified as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and a Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. She is also a wife and mom of two young boys and loves a great cup of local coffee.

Supporting women to move their body throughout pregnancy and helping them restore their STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE postpartum has transformed her life. It has given her a sense fulfillment, especially as she navigated postpartum depression following the birth of both her children. This has lead to the development of her signature program The STRONG Motherhood Collective which includes group fitness coaching and genuine connection for people at multiple stages of motherhood.

When she’s not coaching others, she can be found working out in her home gym, outside on the running paths training for her next race or spending time with her family going on adventures to new playgrounds.

Jorge Plata is originally from Mexico City. His love for dance shines through every move he performs, but his favourite dance will always be salsa. He’s performed partner salsa dancing as well as group choreography. Jorge is very personable and has a gift of putting new dancers at ease. He can’t wait to teach you how to salsa!

Jill has experience in many different dance genres but salsa is her favourite. She first learned to salsa over 20 years ago from a group of Colombians she befriended at her workplace. Since then she has enjoyed and performed salsa for a variety of audiences throughout the years. She is also excited for you to learn salsa.
