Balance and Mobility with Linds is a Yoga Class for all bodies and abilities. Modifications available for all poses!
In this 60 minute yoga class we will centre ourselves focusing on moving with the rhythm of our breath. We start slow and build up to a gentle standing flow focussing on strength, balance and mobility!
Very little floor work in this class. We will end with a luxurious guided mediation. No yoga experience or flexibility required. We meet you here you are!
